Marriage being an inhibitor of impulse is laughable lol plenty of people give in to desire and temptations while they're married. I would even argue that some marriages are born out of impulse decisions, this is really apparent when young people get married straight out of high school. Being stuck in a miserable marriage and holding onto a dying thing is a pathetic way to live
