I think you are unfairly looking at things from different perspective basically ur own frame of reference. Not everyone has had the privilege of growing up in a city and learning how to properly use utensils, toilet, water fountain etc. No one is born knowing these behaviors, we learn it at some point in our lives, some of us did in preschool while others recently came from developing countries are still learning. So we have to not judge but reach and assist/show both physically and verbally.
