First of all we don't even know what she said, she may be speaking Somali but could have been speaking very loudly in an abusive tone on the phone in public as many Somalis tend to do for some reason, that alone is disruptive enough to warrant her being asked to leave.
Even with that said, why is she raising her voice at them? Caadi u hadal, don't cut ppl off when they're talking and you will get your point across much better. I don't like loud ppl, they tend to speak without thinking.
