Parents are soposed to love their children unconditionally, and while it's normal to get angry at your child (out of love not spite) being this vindictive and petty speaks volumes about him. Unless she murdered someone there really is no reason for this kinda harassment. The man needs to get a life.
I've read other tweets where someone mentions that this girl takes care of her sister and mother. That kinda gives you an obvious glimpse into the family dynamic.
