A useless waste of US tax payers money and time. The diaspora aren't going to return to Somalia, especially with its current state. They're just gonna funnel money into their clan enclave and call it a day, maybe marry someone from there and then bring them to where ever they're from. As long as qabiil remains prevalent in Somali politics and society, we're never gonna be a functional nation and foreigners will always be making money off our misery..

No point having all these summits if you can't form a professional army and secure the country without foreign troops. Until that happens this government can not be taken serious in any way, shape or form.
