I live here too. Somalis are spread across the country, but they are undoubtedly the largest Sub-Saharan African ethnic group in the Netherlands. Below is a table with data from the Central Bureau of Statistics of the Netherlands, the most reliable source for demographic information in the country.

Largest Sub-Saharan African Ethnic Groups in the Netherlands:
1. Somalis: 41,000
2. South Africans: 36,000(mainly White)
3. Ethiopians: (includes many Somalis and adopted Ethiopians)
4. Ghanaians: 27,000
5. Eritreans: 25,000
6. Cape Verdeans: 23,000
And this is despite the fact that around 30,000 Somalis have moved to the UK, meaning there are approximately 71,000 Somali Dutch nationals in total.
