The theory that Majority of Somalis are Assimilated Oromo/Indians - Potential Breakthrough discovery.
That ain't a theory it's a wet dream. Don't give me the ramblings of IM Lewis Walahi if he wasn't dead already I wouldve sent an elite somali death squad to end the bloodline. That nigga did irreparable damage to Somali history.

The idea of Somalis just being a "bunch of nomads" despite Somaliweyn being larger than western Europe and we practiced all lifestyles even within my own family dating back generations. Came from him.

He is the man who claimed everything on the somali peninsula aside from mud huts was built by Arabs even though Arabs themselves never claimed that and wrote about us as a seperate distinct nation of people and our advanced states/cities. This was because he tried getting access to manuscripts but Somali families didn't trust the Gaal and for good reason judging but how he coped.

Death to any of these Gaal writings of Somali history & people. Walahi if there's no scholar from among us that makes a chronicle on Somali history I'll do it myself.

Mogadishu (just like most capital cites) are prone to Multi-culture.

You can’t escape it. It’s usually the nature of every city that’s the centre of the country.
Yeah but unlike other countries on large trade routes with diverse capital cities. For some reason any non-somali that breathes on our land is the builder of our civilisation. If they found a naked native American from Brazil who got washed up on Mogadishu they'd claim natives built every city in Somalia and we were just nomads who came with our camels and got kicked out by sundown to swim in the mud.

Ethnic Somalis have dominated and contributed to Mogadishu.

You’re probably hearing these gossip minorities that believes they’ve created Mogadishu.

I feel like it’s a way for these minorities (Reer xamar) to feel a sense of importance in Somali history.

You can’t deny Reer xamar have their fair share of contributions in Somalia but when it comes to the foundation, it’d be unrealistic considering most Reer Xamar are highly oppressed groups.

Mogadishu is home to most groups. But just like every capital city every minority groups would migrate for business purpose.

She forgot to mention the Somali clan system being a bit similar to the caste system.

:russ:
Our clan system is more free than the Indian caste system. Small clans can and have acted on their own initiative for their own aims. While if you're born in the shittiest caste in India then it's over, you're stuck there as the fodder for the higher caste.
