Pretty sure she said the women are Oromo and the Somali headpieces are similar to it. Nobody claimed anything. Oromos wear Somali clothes and call it East African attire.

Headbands have always been important in Somali culture, and thus this the golden version. As already established by @/wonyluvr, the Oromo style one is different with a middle connective piece.
