I was listening to a lecture and Q and A, actually it wasn't my choice to listen to it but anyhow, more than 12 questions Somali women were complaining about their husbands wanting to sleep in separate rooms. One went as far and said he only calls me when he wants sex then he sends me back to my room.



Why get married if you can't stand the sight of that person? Why separate rooms?

Once I heard my mum to talking her friend that it was ceeb for the wife to share same bed with her husband. they used to have 2 twin beds in the main bedroom. And my grandmother was shocked from my mum's queen bedroom at that time.
