The liberal 'tolerance' level is already cracking as they're seeing Somalis/Muslims protesting against Qoomu-luud indoctrination in public schools of Minnesota. Somalis have the open door to escape with their dignity and deen intact before the liberals start to get violent.

@Dima&Damo have you ever been to Texas? I am from there so I know it pretty well. don't base your view of it based on liberal propaganda outlets- and even these outlets like "Texas Tribune" are of that tendency. of course they are anti-Texas.

two things I take issue with- Texas allows guns. so what???

people are letting the media overly influence them. the majority of outlets are liberal propaganda mouthpieces. they want to push gun control laws and disarm the people. so they paint places like Texas as super dangerous. but I live in a liberal area and I was way safer and felt safer when I lived in Texas. people in Texas owning guns means criminal elements are less bold because you can get shot if you mess around. Texas is super dangerous if you're a criminal. but for ordinary people, it isn't really dangerous. but don't live the "thug life" or you might get killed. also some of the mass shootings are not real and are staged to manipulate public opinion. I have proof of this but that's another topic.

also, another issue I have- everybody saying Texas is a "red state". it is a red state but I think people are misunderstanding it.

I think many people have this image of Texas as this place full of white cowboys who will discriminate against you. in reality, Texas is a far northern part of Latin America. Texas at this point is more Hispanic than it is white.

the white people are actually a minority in Texas. so what you have in Texas is a relatively socially conservative place that is full of non-white people. I wouldn't recommend moving to some super white area but you can go to some diverse area and feel pretty good insha'Allah.

I have had terrible experiences with people from there and I've had really good experiences with people from there. people in Texas tend to be more religious than the people in other states. there's also a lot of overt racism.

I don't discount your experience. But Texas is huge and has a giant, very diverse population. You have Pakistani Muslims, you have people fresh from Mexico who don't speak English, you have AA culture, you have white rednecks who hate most of humanity, it's a very diverse place.

Ideally people should leave the West but imo Texas is one of the best states to live in in the US.

Texas is better for Somalis. The climate is closer to that of back home. The people are also more religious so the fagg0try doesn’t slide like it does in NYC and other East Coast liberal havens. Also much cheaper and the people are more hospitable

Jewish people in NYC have their own charter schools and avoid public schools like the plague ,Somalis could easily just set up their own schools
