potential is huge definitely Eastern and southern Congo is dependent on East African ports those regions are where Somalis can shine

This goes for many nations, its an interesting phenomena. The in group is more defined by a concrete outgroup (and its characteristics) than it is by its own shared traits / characteristics.

Its really easy to figure out in our own heads why we should dislike or put people 'out', but we often need the world to tell us who to keep 'in'
