It depends with the amount of chemicals in our foods nowadays, Somali boys are growing faster than ever. I hit my growth spurt when I was a young Geeljire at the age of 15, towering over the other inferior ajnabis.

I've never seen an overweight Somali and I've never in my life seen a fit one either. Not saying skinny is a bad thing though, mashallah better than fat

Correction: ripped Somalis really do exist.

Bodybuilders aren't attractive bc to get that jacked you need steroids and... the side effects aren't worth the abs.

Somalis are not skinnies. They are skinny fat.

Just do some lifting and you will get muscles and your body fat rate will decrease.

Normally people do diet and that will decrease and still keep it your weight and fat body percentage proportional..

I bet 80% of Somali in this forums are skinny fat or overweight
