no matter how many protein shakes Farahs chug or how many bicep curls they do, they just can't seem to grow those hench muscles. It's like their bodies are on a permanent vacation from the gainz train.

I am not a gym person but different things workout for different people. Just because people are seeing results with a certain diet or workout routine doesn’t mean you will get the same results.
 
As I’ve said before a skinny person must address these 4 issues, to see some serious change.


1. CATABOLIC METABOLISM
By eating anabolic foods high in cholesterol and saturated fats.

2. LOW TESTOSTERONE
Again eating anabolic foods high in cholesterol and saturated fats.

3. TYPE 1 MUSCLE FIBER
Shifting muscle fibers by using 5x5 and avoiding any type of endurance work.

4. INEFFICIENT ENERGY/NUTRITION
Eating foods high in calories and nutrition, again anabolic foods high in cholesterol and saturated fats. With carb re feeds on training days.

If you can’t take the above mention steps, don’t waste your time accept being skinny like the guy said.

here is a relative of mine who followed my program, he got these gains in 4 months. He was training 3 years looking like that until he used the system I gave him look at the changes made in freaking 4 months!!!!!!!!!!

Maybe he’s got big muscles but suffers from being a framelet. Frame (clavicle length) plays a major factor in looking big and is completely determined by genetics.
 
Not every somali guy is the same some can get swole other can't.
We should become defeatist so easily.

There may be a Somali girl my height struggling to gain muscle and lose fat even though we are the same height and weight. Many factors could take into account for say maybe she has different genetics, maybe she's dirty bulking, maybe she's not going till failure while working out, maybe she's not sleeping enough, maybe she's working out differently than me, or she's changing up her workout too much.

As you can see there are a lot of factors on why someone may have a different physique than another. So yes you're correct.

This shouldn't stop anyone. Also, a lot of people don't actually know if they have bad genetics or not. Inshallah, he gets to his goal but no one, no matter how good they look like their physique.

Diet and programming is off.

That's what I keep saying to my peers and they keep saying "no we have bad genetics" meanwhile the average Somalis local gym rats' diet isn't consistent for them to actually complain 🙄 I know how some of the mr's like to game all night too. When you sleep you gain muscle !! ugg I hate how some people make us look bad

maybe you need to learn how to activate the mind muscle connection. :samwelcome:. Since you already told yourself it won't happen, your brain sent the message and your muscles went dormant.

but i don't think there is any health benefit to being "hench", and its not really a realistic body type.
 
Most East Africans are not gonna have the chad west African genetics wheter you like it or not so you’re gonna have to have a Asian type of work ethic when it comes to the gym for most Horners, most Somalis lack discipline, grit and tact in order to achieve this though considering most Somalis have a carefree approach to life, funny enough most of the buff Somalis I see are from south Somalia funny enough even though my area is darood central
