There needs to be institutions and programs in schools about the harms of bleaching. Early interventions are important.
And I think there trying to achieve your look. Somalis have narrow faces sometimes, and I’m guessing the women don’t like that so they use pills to make it wider.

narrow faces are really pretty it gives me bella hadid vibes. We also have high cheekbones as well it looks so good. Having a chubby face is just ew. Mine is from genetics its annoying and i look like a spoon
Alhamdulillah regardless though some people have defects which isnt bad but it makes me remember Allah more often.
It’s really confusing the standards there lol but there’s nothing wrong with having a chubbier/wider face at least for you if you don’t like it you can change it naturally by loosing abit of body fat but overall its in proportion to you. When you take these pills in makes it look soo wrong and it looks like swelling + skinny bodiesnarrow faces are really pretty it gives me bella hadid vibes. ive been smaller than 67 before i used to be 55 back in my prime and i still had a chubby face. Its one of those things i just cant get rid of.these pills are disgusting wallahi it should be banned off the face of the earth it makes women look unnatural. Anything unnatural i dislike
