1) They are all on residency permits that require annual renewals. They must be subservient to their sponsor and the authorities if they wish to remain. Any f*ck up and all generations of their family members are deported.

2) Somalis don't want the Arabs to hate them even though the Arabs already don't like them in the first place.

3) Somalis don't want to harm the Arabs or create chaos and destroy their cities (Syria and Iraq are different because jihad is going on there and were given permission to go crazy in these countries by the Arabs).

4) The Gulf people have told the Somalis to not even look at their women. If they can't even do that, they can't do anything else.

5) The Gulf Arabs will execute (including behead) any Somali for even non violent crimes. Western nations are soft on violent crimes which is why Somalis are more crazy here.
