The abtirsi cant be right , why?

Well the Quran was compiled and copied early because they were afraid it would’ve been lost because of people dying in wars.

And Somalis have been in wars for millennia since forever, with African neighbors, with clans and with colonial powers.

So the abtirsi we have today is probably fake, people who might’ve memorised died. There’s disagreements on the abtirsi today so if we had a written text we could’ve verified it.

Also he Quran is correct because the entire world can testify but the abtirsi varies among people, there’s no agreement on the clan tree.

Probably the mythical clan founders didn’t exist. Believing in them subscribes our ability to memorise to superhuman levels.

Pre Islam Arabs also had Qabil tracing back to Prophet Ismael. pbuh. Memory and oral history work very well especially in things that are so important as identity and tribalism. U see how tribalism is powerful enough to destroy our country. It is also powerful enough for human to preserve it for posterity

I mean, memory, written and oral history won't take you very far. No qabil or lineage can ever be fully preserved like the Quran because Allah is protecting the Quran. It's in human nature to corrupt everything.

The prophet SAW would count up to Adnan and then stop. Anything after Adnan to Ismael AS and beyond is considered unreliable and shaky. That's a fact among scholars.
Anyhow, at the end of the day, all lineages are irrelevant in the eyes of Allah because the most noble to Allah is the most righteous. The most virtuous in lineage are those with the best characters.

As for Somali qabiils. LOL. Our forefathers were the biggest con-artists to ever exist, they're are in for a rude awakening on the judgement day. They fabricated their true lineages to oblivion in other to suck up the Arabs, tsk tsk. So much for the "proudest people". If that's not the ultimate self-hate I don't know what is.
