Somali – Norwood 6 Hair Transplant | 90 Days In – Need Feedback

Asalaamu Alaikum,

I’m a Somali guy in my late 30s (Norwood 6 level) and had a hair transplant in Dubai this April (2025). It was done over 2 days by Iranian technicians under doctor supervision — around 4000 grafts, motorized FUE with sapphire blade.

I’m now 90 days post-op and seeing early signs of growth — tiny hairs and some scalp bumps.

Has anyone else here from the Somali community gone through a transplant? If so:

• How was your growth around Month 3–4?
• Did you start Minoxidil at this stage or wait longer?
• Did you need a second session for full coverage?

Any advice or shared experiences would mean a lot. I’m happy to post pics if needed.

never done it, but its much better and safer option to me than the drugs folks like to peddle on here that almost leave you sterile .
