Solution to drought

Here is my nutty idea to make somalia less dry and more green and to increase water availability in the country. Before you all judge me just know that some guy was crazy enough to come up with this plan and was going to do this for some saudi prince in the 70's to help combat drought in the arabian desert. The plan is transfer a bunch of icebergs from antarctica (no one will miss them anyway) and dump them on top of the mountain. They will melt over time and will flow down to the riverbeds and will create river tributaries which we could dam to prevent water loss to the sea. We could repeat this process yearly and keep replacing the icebergs. Try reading the article on this.

I think it's a good idea because that way the world can prevent the rising sea level that is caused by global warming.

That's a good point. We could literally keep doing this since the process renewable and as long as global warming doesn't get exponentially worse icebergs will keep being formed in the south pole due to the cold climate. All we would have to do is pay for the energy costs for the navy to transport such a large iceberg and to keep repeating the process and we will get free water for as long as we live.
