Listen you need to call the police and tell them this man is stalking you. Caadan people can be waalan sometimes.

Make sure you have evidence of his emails, text messages, social media (IG, twitter, facebook) messages, phone calls to show the police. Screenshot everything, just in case your phone dies, and make sure you put it on your computer.
