Somalis are a shaming people; no other ethnic group shames others more than Somalis.

Other Muslim ethnic groups will not light their hairs on fire if they see one of their own (Somalis will throw them out of the ethnic group though) that is khaniis, has a dog, talks to someone of the other sex in a coffee shop (they become a dhilao if they do this), not fasting (I have seen many offenders this week), goes to the bar, etc.

There are a few enlightened Somalis who will do it anyway publicly and not give a damn. The shamers will do it but discreetly and then join in the shaming when they see other Somalis do it publicly.

My fob cousin told me this week of a lady he found out that drinks but I know many of his sins that are way worse. Not only shamers but huge hypocrites.
