I am sure the whole reason it was made to increase the number of inter-racial relationships in the Somali diaspora.

No, it depends. There are some that have nice jobs and weren't rejected by their communities that are married to Somali women. I may understand that might be a problem in your area but it doesn't happen in other Somali communities.
