So called talks with Somaliland region restarts in Nairobi, Kenya

First they said that the talks were important and they would be eager to participate in them. Then when the place and time were decided they waited until the last minute to announce that they wouldn't be participating.

Somaliland delegation led by the Foreign Affairs minister, Hon.Yassin Hagi is pleased to have attended the deliberations on the talks of Somaliland and Somalia with the International community that included The USA, EU, Sweden, Turkey, IGAD and The UK special envoy. It is now reported that Somalia delegation have changed their mind by canceling the attendance of the talks in the last minutes were the talks was about to open formally in Nairobi. What has angered Somalia is the presence of large number of international community delegations.

How about statements from all those people listed as 'guests' they tweet everything they do, or an official statement? For example, the EU special envoy for the Horn of Africa, USAID mission director for Somalia, the Swedish embassy, IGAD, the Turkish envoy and former ambassador to Somalia, UNSOM? Legit everyone listed there other than from SL, any statements from them? Did they attend? I dont see them in any of the photos.
