I disagree here. PL/JL had federalist/confederalist aliance against Mr Cheese. Now qoslaaye is choose Xamze with the expectation that Qoslaaye controls the FGS and Qoslasye's FGS dominates KG/HS/GM/Benaadir and probably support Benaadir statehood which might be opposed by PL. In exchange Qoslaaye removes federal pressure from Madoobe

It seems like Somalia Italiana might temporarily find their goldilocks politics i.e. JL federal cooperation, Qoslaaye controlling his FGS which controls HS/Benaadir/KG and undisrupted de facto independence for PL without GM/PL wars. Most important is political solution and reconciliation between FGS/FMS and pro shabaabist/ISIS clans
