It is the distance from Mogadishu to Afgoye that is 30 kms. Bariire is the South-west of Afgooye. To get there, you first need to take the route that takes you to Lambar 50.

Even if you draw a straight line from Afgoye to Bariire, that is still 29 kms. In reality, no one travels in straight lines. The distance shown in Google Maps is based on accessible roads. You can't travel the straight line since the Shabeele River gets in the middle. Therefore, the distance there is based on accessible roads.
