Secondly, the age of Hazrat Aisha can be easily calculated from the age of her elder sister Hazrat Asma who was 10 years older than Hazrat Aisha. Waliuddin Muhammad Abdullah Al-Khateeb al Amri Tabrizi the famous author of Mishkath, in his biography of narrators (Asma ur Rijal), writes that Hazrat Asma died in the year 73 Hijri at the age of 100, ten or twelve days after the martyrdom of her son Abdullah Ibn Zubair. It is common knowledge that the Islamic calendar starts from the year of the Hijrah or the Prophet’s migration from Mecca to Medina. Therefore, by deducting 73, the year of Hazrat Asma’s death, from 100, her age at that time, we can easily conclude that she was 27 years old during Hijra.This puts the age of Hazrat Aisha at 17 during the same period. As all biographers of the Prophet agree that he consummated his marriage with Hazrat Aisha in the year 2 Hijri it can be conclusively said that she was 19 at that time and not nine as alleged in the aforementioned hadiths.”

Prophet’s marriage to Aisha lasted 14 yrs and it’s undisputed. Also even based on the misinformation about Aisha’s age as 9yrs that would still make her 22 at time of prophet’s death. Anyways, Aisha’s age is highly debated so I’d avoid definite statements like this if I were you. Some Hadith have been deliberately twisted around throughout the ages by men with agenda. Many legit sources have concluded she was 19 and not 9. If you’re 50 yr old man who likes preteens little girls you can see how you’d twist the Hadith over time to make it acceptable for you. You’re supposed to use your brain too here and realize that the prophet could not have had a 65 yr old wife Khadija only to turn around and marry a child next smh.
The prophet married khadija when he use to work for her she was a very wealthy older woman and they became very close as she seen how trustworthy he is she trusted him with managing her wealth and they eventually got married khadija use to emotionally support him too.
On the other side the prophet did marry a 6 year old and its not something that anyone twisted or changed, but its justified as he's the prophet and you can't speak on it

But it is common to see xalimos even grown ones dressed in tight dresses or skirts but with hijabs on.
I just wanted to say that there are no debates about the age of Aisha. As the narration of this consensus comes from her mouth being provided by many sahih hadiths that are not daif. This she is 18 is a modern consensus that arised from a daif hadith that has only been pushed because modern muslim find it hard to come to terms with the age and consumation of marriage of Aisha. The narrator Hisham ibn Urwa was the only narrator of this and it was during a time when his memory was weak and he was of old age in Iraq, his own students did not even take his words at this time. What also proves this was that the narration of Aisha age was included in every single one of the sahih hadith books compiled by Bukhari,Muslim,Sunan abu dawud etc... This makes it incredibly strong when it comes to the chain of narration as like I mentioned it came straight from Aisha herself narrating it. The whole Aisha sister was 10 years older and therefore she was 18 comes from abdur rahman ibn abi zinad who was considered by many to have included many weak hadith e.g the great scholar ibn hanbal and al hakim who considered him weak in hadiths. Theres also the whole Fatima's age which when correlated would still make aisha age less than 18 although I think thats a bit overkill at this point. Anyway the point is one cannot cherry pick hadiths and decide this one makes you uncomfortable as the chain of narration has been meticulous curated and the hadiths are where the majority of Islam customs are attributed to.
