Before internet and smartphones was more widespread or part of daily life schools were a lot more interesting. Music during 2000s were a lot more better then the trash we have today. More people on the streets and youd always see people hanging out. For instance i went to neighborhood i grew up in. All i saw was ur typical crackheads and empty coffee shops. This was before the covid pandemic. I feel like internet is a lot more destructive then we think it is. Now that everything is a finger away it has made life a lot less interesting. now everyone just wants to use their phone and no one wants to talk. Is like most people life revolve around a device that just wastes their times away. Even our homes arent homes anymore; everyone just isolates themselves with their phones to do their own things. The internet in beginning mightve seen magical but now it has just became a black hole thats draining magic out of life.

I feel like life has been going downhill ever since smartphones have been wide spread. Our lifes revolve around them that you cant take in part of it without it.The richest companies in the world arent oil or manufacturing but ones revolving around internet. I think theres an interest out there to have our lives connected with these destructive things.

One thing I will say is that the Internet is both a Great Freedom tool and a Great killer of the most precious resource on Earth and that is Time.

Not to mention the countless more positive applications you can make use of but on the flipside if you don't focus; will mess you up.

i just feel like has became a lot more duller ever since introduction of social media. When people were bored youd call friends over or go out with family but its been less common these days since you can fill that void with internet.

Less individuality, less privacy, less patience. Everything is about clout now.
