I first got sleep paralysis when i was 15 it was ramadan and i was tired and about to go sleep then i played some Lil Jay and Billionaire black chiraq drill music in my blackberry before i called it a night and conked just when i fell asleep i woke up to big black shadow grabbing my neck choking me to death i was paralysed and couldnt move a bone in my body it happened to me several times until i flew out to hargeisa when i was 16 and i started chewing turning up and shit thats when it stopped it hasnt happened to me since i realised the less religous you are the less likely you are to give a f*ck about jinns so it womt happen. But yeah i think its just the affects of being a schizo from thinking about ghouls too much its only as scary as you want it to be once you give up these fairytale beliefs you wont haveental health issues like sleep paralysis and akhi dont attack me practice your religion im not tryna convert niggas to my lifestyle which is i dont belive in any religion or theory of how this world was created i just live my life carefree couldnt give a f*ck what happens after i die bruv.

I had one too when I was a kid, happened when I was very tired, and I was rarely tired as a kid as I slept early. Anywho I woke up in my bed and couldnt move anything except for my fingers and head, I turned around and saw six shadows in the darkness idk how k? Anywho they were sitting and chewing on something, then they noticed me and moved on to touch my face while i was struggling to get my fingers moving. Once they came close enough I noticed they didnt have a face and then all their hands covered my eyes. I woke up drenched in sweat and relaxed for some reason.
It sucks not being able to control your body.
Anyways the second time I was falling down the sky for hours, until I saw something smiling at me at the ground.

Yes, so scary. It lasted for around 30 seconds. Still don't know why it happens...It might have been stressed induced as I was doing my dissertation at the time.

That only happened to me one time, and it was creepy as hell. A little shadow in the shape of a girl was standing at the foot of my bed with a bigger male shaped shadow beside her. The male had a face. He looked like an old white dude with grey hair, and was balding on the top. He had a smile on his face, with scars shaped like triangles over his cheeks. I couldn't move, and I couldn't scream for my parents (this was back when I was 15, and living with them). The man brought out a tazer, and started laughing. The little shadow shaped as a girl now also had a face, and she looked super sad. As if she didn't want to be there. The man's eyes turned pitch black, and he said in a deep dark voice words that I couldn't make out. I don't even think it was English, or spoken anymore.
He got closer with the tazer, and I started shaking, but still couldn't move. I started crying. He then brought his hand with the tazer....
Straight to my sack. At this point in my mind I'm thinking to myself "I'm sorry Allah for all the things I did. Please save me!". Then as he was inches away from my precious balls. I just found myself Yelling like a girl, and I could move. I dipped out that room so fast, and ran straight to my parents. My family laughs at me till this day, because of that

It doesnt happen to me anymore since i first chewed khaat at 16 it hasnt happened again it only happens to scared religion freaks so just be a secular muslim and youll be free of this nonsense

15 sadly. I took that as a sign to never watch again. Alhamdulilah I've been free from os ever since.
