Hassan Sheikh's envoy Abdi Karim guuled has visited both Djibouti and Ethiopia to get a support for IGAD and AU backed South-North confederation Solution. Muuse Biixi Agrees on this.

Yes SL is in line with the AU Summit of Cairo in 1964 that adopted Resolution proclaiming the preservation of existing borders after the independence this makes SL's exisitsing borders valid because it was independent State before Somalia for 6 days.

Actually Somalia and Morocco were the only two countries in Africa who did not sing the Cairo declaration because western Sahara was colonized by Spain but Somalia was against it because of Somali Galbeed and NFD

we have tribal territorities that come under Ethiopia but the bulk of Isaaq areas come under SL.

Unlike Jaberti whose main territoris are outside Somalia and Somaliland. There is a difference.

SL will also fight for interests of SL's clans with tertritories in Ethiopia. When the same cannot be said for Somalia. Case in point Qalbi Dhagax.
