It's obvious, they used enough 'funds' to cause hatred and division between dhulbahante, their now testing if they can make them work for free by cutting payments for anything SSC related. Wallahi wa cajiib, why did SL automatically stop the payments to all these regions? I bet you it's to test if their goal of dividing those communities has reached the stage they need where they can order them now 'without shilling' kaga baxdo. Obviously not MAKHIR so they exposed these guys were just a waste of investment since the division project didn't work well.

Their now trying SSC to see if they can cut payments while making them take orders. Read that article on Taleex, they refused to provide any funds which they claim from donors using SSC as a region, yaab. The payment method isn't going to work, sometimes PL doesn't even pay it's own local civilian workers and soldiers who are LOYAL and do not take payments from 'shisheeye'. This is policy idea, do they support PL iyo Qorshaheeda in Somalia dib loo yagyeelo ama may. If they don't let them leave us niyahow, we can't keep buying people out, it turns into a bidding war in the end and he will just switch where-ever the check is.

We must sit these ppl down and advise them there are puntlanders who don't go to mogadishu and say fund us because PL govt lacagta naga jojjiyay. Why? cause they will be arrested. Dhulbahante must play by the same rules as all PL clans or piss off.

Partly. We built our own terminals. I know Bosaso one was done thru PL taxes. We have public/private partnership for matters concerning infrastructure only, the rest locals do or diaspora. Plus NGO only deal with 'IDP' not so much locals except if it's nomadic communities who need 'water well'. 90% of PL is locally built, community initiatives is the major source.

The next trend is for clans to build ports, keep up with GARACAD port, this will blow the park in Somalia into another era. SL is funded by donors, stop making us like those ppl. Not a single road is locally funded by them. I can show u wadaagsin and El dahir, you show me one Isaaq run. Maseer majerten meel kuma gaynayso. I already done proven MJ are the most independent clan who do stuff themelves, no other clan in somalia does who rely on 100% aid money.
