ciise muse did not like Ali Tuur. But, when Tuur tried to send Sacad Muuse Soldiers to Berbera then thats were sacad muuse elders draw the line. Eventually, habar jeclo withdrew support for Tuur.
Many Somalilanders try to mitigate the actions of Ali Tuur which comes across as politically correct. But, despite cigaal had his floors. He still was a better President.
