I heard many people say that gabiley should be a province in somaliland because it has " 2 degmos" (arabsiyo iyo gabiley). But, i am hundred percent behind the decision of Gabiley being a province. However, i do believe that the taxes that come from the customs are not allocated efficiently and effectively throughout the province. There are many people in gabiley province that cant afford to have 3 meals a day. Yet, you have crooked politicians in the province who do not care about the people in their constituencies. Futhermore, They have the cheek to complain about their financial hardship which comes across as self-serving.
The people that are starving is their Tol.
