I read this report and it claims that Liyu police would go as far as salaxley which is a suburb of Hargeisa. I even hear that they go inside Baldiig and Wajalee.

In light of the deadly border attack that took place in the outskirts of Gabiley that claimed the lives of 3 people. Should Somaliland government buff up security in the border region with Ethiopia ?

Tbh i wasn't suspicious of him until recently. Looks like you might've been right.
I'm not certain 100% though 50%-50%atm but will keep watching from the sidelines.
If he is a sheegad he should be given a award for his master deceptiveness
