US created FGS. And SL politicians contributed back then. So most of the world believes SL will eventually come to an agreement. Every year the FGS increases its strength/relevance the more SL recognition becomes less likely as Somalia is more relevant to foreign powers (larger population, larger diaspora, larger resources etc etc).
