Yes Yes Yes i have been saying this all along. since April, two month after the Sool uprising, SL was up for a confederation based on "between Somalia and Somaliland" backed by Djibouti. As SSC is no longer under it, SL has lost its Nothern card so now Hassan Sheikh cannot give the Free SSC to SL it will cause big clash with Daarood and more instability so the only practical thing now is a solution that gives Isaaq/Dir an autonmy and simultaneously maintains SSC aspirations to become an FMS .
