After you shower use this thing skin food yaryar dots on the face and move around to spread it then after put vaseline or not idk

Whole body i just use vaseline But the default one is caag like wax doesnt spread propeely so use the cocoa butter vaseline type Or better use this Best vaseline in the world

I vaseline while my skin still a bit moist to hydrate
