Sitti Region: Afars Mobilizing Youth From All Districts For War

Geele ppl being massacred while he is focusing on Dhulbahante and other matters that don’t concern him.

It’s a matter of time before they come for his seat if he allows this to continue.

He is arming afars. He thinks he will keep his seat if cisse are focused on fighting afar in Ethiopia.

But the moron doesn't take into account that it can easily spil into Djibouti itself.

You actually buy into the SomaliSpot propaganda? IOG's hands are tied for two reasons.
-Ethiopia controls its borders and could deeply hurt Djibouti's economy.
-IOG is the president of Afars and Ciise of Djibouti. He can't be taking sides.

The conflict in Sitti could easily spread into Djibouti and destabilise his own country. Reality is that the Ciise in Sitti are part of Ethiopia. Their president is Cagjar and PM Abiye, blaming their suffering on IOG is disingenuous. Ethiopia's federal government wants Ciise displaced just the way every government in Addis has for the past century.

Glimpse into what happens in Djibouti city when these conflicts escalate every few years.
You're right he can't be taking any sides cause civil war can easily spill again I'm our country like it did in 1991 when Afars first rebelled. This is Ethiopia and the Somali region's problem to solve not Djibouti's.

Not my clan not my business  hope the ciise's clap them niggas stuck in 1000 BCE into submission.

Waa sheekada Soomaalida kkkkkkk :russ:

Afar people are not the problem here. Unlike the issues on the Oromo/Somali borders, where you have two communities on both sides. Over here, it's one-sided where you have Somalis living in a Somali majority area and thereby no fightings between Somalis and Afars. But rather local Somalis and Afar militias.

The Afar state is the problem who have aspirations of annexing as much Somali land as possible, in places where there are literally no Afars. As long as they aren't stopped, they will continue.

Afar people are generally good people and shouldn't be blamed, except those who participate in these fightings and those supporting them. :mjkkk:

That would be stupid since Djiboutian Afar Rebels (FRUD) are anti-IOG and would demand their cousins to help them destabilise Djibouti with those same arms.

He can't pick sides. IOG fears both sides.

On one hand you got Afar Rebels in Djibouti (FRUD) who are disgruntled and are itching/waiting on IOG to send weapons/supplies to Ciise in Western Sitti to set the country ablaze.

While on the other hand, you got Ciise who largely oppose him so his stance on not sending weapons/supplies to them stems from the fear of it backfiring and have those same weapons turned on him.

The Samaroon the Ciise hate have done more for them than their Ciise kin.

The Samaroon who own Dambal district in East Sitti, particularly the Celi Makaahiil subclan have been sending arms, food from their farms and other supplies since the conflict reignited years ago.

The fat bastard made enemies with the whole country :dead: maybe if he actually developed our hellhole instead of letting it look like a dirty Berbera he wouldn't be in this dilemma

This is not a hate campaign against all afars but a self defence by somalis and an effort to spread awareness of what's going on in the border area. The afar regional government and the transgressors who is complicit in these atrocities and ethnic cleansing are to blame.

Somalis busy eating eachother up but no energy for ajnabis? The way they all rally up in the SSC and Somaliland war take sides but no one talk about this how come? Landheere against eachother but langaabs against outsiders.

The other inhabitants of Sitti like the Samaroon, Hawiye and Gurgura did not get involved for their own personal reasons. The Gugundhabe and Karanle are furious with the Ciise for jailing the now ex mayor of Meiso district. The Gurgura of Erer district have terrible relations with the Ciise for decades and haven't even sent a condolence let alone any support. The Samaroon and Ciise have maintained a delicate cold peace since the 90s. Apart from lip service there is too much distrust and anger from the past.

This is an extensional threat for all Somalis. If Ciise can't get help from their neighboring clans they need to ask people in Somalia proper. Situations like these are what usually unite us

Celi Makaahiil are involved, trust me. Their Suldaan (Filfil) has Ciise Reer Abti and has been doing everything in his power to get his tol to help them out except sending men to the frontlines. That's a no-no.

Edit: Hawiye and Gurgura relations with them are understandable since their issues are much more recent.

Ina adeer do you know in the 90s that there was a horrible conflict between Celi Makahil and the Yonis Muuse Ciise near Dire Dawa during the civil war period? Many were killed in that conflict. The new suldaan of the Celi Makahil is on friendly terms and is very supportive due to family and political reasons which is why they chose him specifically as a Suldaan. But nobody is on good terms in Sitti. The average Samaroon remembers the past very well. The Hawiye and Gurgura are even worse.

According to what I heard, for the first time, the Somali forces of the region have gathered their forces and are ready to repel the attack and launch a counterattack inside the Afar region.
Somalida Ethiopia ( Daarood / Dir / Hawiye ) despite their internal differences, have become aware of the danger of losing their lands to a weak opponent, such as the Afar .

Good to hear. I hope they karbaash these langaabs. It would be jihad if they’re defending their property
