However it would be naive to assume all of those IDPS are terrorists its only a very small number of people, usually ones not even resident in puntland but sent over for the sole purpose of committing terrorism.

The majority of IDPS are miskin people who actually contribute postivetly to the economy and labour force.

I get that brother but imagine I offer you a bag of skittles, let's assume there's around 50 skittles in there. However, out of the 50 skittles, 10 are laced with poison. Statistically speaking that's around 20% poisonous candy and 80% regular poison free candy. In an everyday scenario, would you still risk it and eat out of that skittles bag, despite the odds technically being in your favour?

IDPs are more likely to join terrorism because they are in poverty and have to suffer injustice. Most IDPs are from marginalized clans.

Another reason to reduce planning mentality and the Somali government should focus on investing in IDP areas.

Somalia today has improved a little and they can return home. They can set up camps in thier home regions where they can get help if needed. 2nd step is to make sure no outside wadaads sets up a dugsi in PL or any other institutions. Nah, they need to go. Besides terrorism, they also bring social unrest and will demand political rights as their numbers grow in PL. Hell, some of them are already demanding parliament representation. And it is very possible that as their population grows in PL they'll start to claim lands inside PL territory. It is in PL best interest to remove these people. Nothing good will come from hosting large groups of reer Konfuur iyo Oromo.

PL is not forcing them to stay. You don't go to another man's land and cry for rights. You want rights? Fight for it in your own land.

Because of the hard work of the SSDF & the people of Puntland during the civil war, we discovered so much peace, development and stability that IDPs decided to settle amongst us which we allowed, now look at how they took our kindness for granted and are now trying to destroy us.
