What's wrong with Illiterate people having kids?
Just because someone very poor didn't go to school, it doesn't mean they can't be good parents

It's best for Somalis to continue boosting their population because we have a very small population compared to our enemy neighbours who have a massive population. Remember, labour is the future which can transform the Somali culture and end this lazy pride once and for all.
Somalis can tackle these issues you mentioned.
Khatheads = Simply ban khaat.
Illiterate people = Provide education for the population and get all kids into school.
Destitute people = Fix the economy, make the country wealthy and provide 30 thousand different jobs for the people so that way you can tackle poverty.
