Should Sheikh Rusheeye be cautioned for promoting superstitious cures? after claiming he can cure Coronavirus with water

@Bohol , looks like ministry of justice in Puntland filed a compliant against Sh Rusheeye and wants to charge him for scam.

he knew PL will catch him, he ran to SL side.

I think he is Somalilander, I didn't know his scam reaches all the way to PL, they should serve him a warrant, arrest on site order if he crosses the border.

He went to Bossaso before two weeks then ran back to SL before PL put charges against him in the PL court.
