Puntland Should Boycott Any Election done in Somalia unless
the 13 seats of Banadir are Scrapped
any future talks with Somaliland should be held within Puntland and not Djibouti

if Somaliland is ever given The Capital
Mogadishu should get Legislative while Somaliland should get Administrative
Puntland should get Judicial

then all 3 Capitals would be proportional between the people

although i personally prefer not to share a country with Hawiye,Isaaq,Marehan

Elections should be held in the federal member state capitals. One man one vote is out of the question but doing it in Mogadishu again like in 2012 and 2017 is a sign of no progress.

•13 Benadir seats unlikely to get scrapped but it’s possible
•Somalia-Somaliland meetings won‘t include Puntland as it’s neither in Somalia or Somaliland best interest.
•Puntland being the host of the meeting won’t happen either. As it’s clearly not neutral.

My point is if you personally wanna boycott the elections go ahead but I don’t see anything really changing.
