Should I get an MBA to pursue my small business dreams?

Can an MBA help an individual acquire skills needed to manage a small business?

Getting draids inshallah
You don't need an MBA to start a business. Unless you want to do all the managing or something, it's easier to hire someone to manage the small intricate details of a business while you focus on the bigger vision because at the end of the day it is yours.

Also whatever you can get from college, you can learn online for free.

If you want to start a small lifestyle business you might not need an MBA but you definitely need to get educated.

If you plan to scale your business a high level education in finance, mergers & acquisitions and management is a must.

You can't just hire people to shore up your weaknesses since they'll end up being your Achilles heel.

Learn what they do and then hire them in order to ensure you have full control over the company's destiny.

It's all politics and the more knowledgeable you are the more leverage you're able to put into play.

Entrepreneurship is ridiculously difficult so please ignore civilians telling you that education is a waste of money or that's it's easy.
