These people have a competitive advantage over their normal counterparts and are good with certain tasks. Some may be alt-average, but others are gifted with logic and creativity/innovation.

My point was that I'm tired of people always saying "we need to hire more [X] people" just give everyone the ability to get a good education and different people will start to fill up jobs, especially in industries that have a shortage of workers like some trades
