The average height back home seems to be around 5 ft 8/ 9 realm, not too bad for a country with no functioning government, with good nutrition within 1-2 generations we can easily gain a few inches.

As guy youll stop growing at the age of 25 so saxib you still have time but don't squat. I think squatting got two inches of my height.

Opposite here, squatting heavy weight sped up my puberty, one of the signs being height growth. Still a teen, but I am 187cm was now. Doubt I will grow more than this though.

But one thing I have realised is that Hawiye people always tend to be tall.

Even one of my ayeeyos was 6ft. Also heard rumours of my ayeeyo's brothers and uncles being 200cm+, but take the latter statement with a pinch of salt.
