I like it. It shows some of the hardships women face. I am really shocked though to see a mother in law can beat her daughter in law just like that. Wow, this would be world war III in Ethiopian families, at least from where I came from (Addis).
You can't compare African films with holly wood. Even European films with so much financial backing are nowhere near to holly wood. We have over 34 cenemas in Addis Ababa and over 70 Ethiopian films hit the cinemas and we have tones of series and what not. But of course these are not in the league par with holly wood et al. This is one series on kana TV. Almost all TV channels have their own series.
