Yes, he looks like shit:

Worse than this 100%:

I believe you. And "wannabe carnivores". Kek. Saaxiib, there is zero real debate as to what Humans ate for 99% of our history. We were most assuredly "carnivores" and in fact more high up on the food-chain than wolves, carnivorous bears and lions:

... continuation of post

Not to mention that Upper Paleolithic Europeans were often even more carnivorous (high trophic level) in their diet than Neanderthals who were shown to be clearly high-trophic level carnivores and UP Europeans in general were some of the most robust, large crania possessing humans out there:

Look at how nearly all the humans up there appear even more high-trophic level (carnivorous) in their diet than Neanderthals while Oase-1 is more separated from the herbivorous animals than Canids, Hyenas and Neanderthals are. Whether the explanation is that they ate lots of seafood or even carnivorous animals along with the land mammals or putrefied meat, they didn't get up there through munching on loads of plants, that's for sure. They didn't even find evidence that they were eating much in the way of things like hazelnuts that were readily available:

The same sort of thing goes for Upper Paleolithic Siberian Hunter-Gatherers and HGs in Eastern Europe:

Observe how high they are on average compared to carnivorous animals like Lions and Wolves. And once again these are some of the most robust Humans in the archaeological record as I'm sure you know. Keep in mind as well that Europe/Siberia or no, these are the same Anatomically Modern Humans as you and me, there is no evidence of notable differences in digestive tracts between us and them that we know of.

Even in the Mediterranean's Paleolithic era they find via isotopic data that they ate overwhelmingly animal foods:

Here is some data on Africa as well:

Notice how virtually all the human groups, other than some of the Bantus who have iron-age farming cultures, are at a higher trophic level than carnivores. Even our own Savanna Pastoral Neolithic, Cushitic-speaking kin who were known to collect and grind down grains were clearly consuming a crap-ton of animal matter over plants. And notice the right-leaning bias as well, especially among the pre-historic groups:

The stable isotopic data is abundantly clear in this respect. In fact, most of the stuff out there about how we ate lots of vegetables, tubers, nuts and seeds is nonsense. The stable isotopic data seems to show that even when these things were available paleolithic Humans mostly didn't eat them and mainly gorged on fish and terrestrial animals. Although this gradually started to shift in the last 10,000-40,000 years during the Upper Paleolithic due to events like the last Ice Age causing shortages in animal resources and forcing humans to limp along with more plants and eventually discover agriculture and animal domestication.

Paul Saladino is a clown and not really "carnivore". He gave himself issues like cramps through electrolyte imbalances most likely because he under-ate protein while being super active. His solution? Guzzle 200 grams+ of honey per day to use the sugar in order to retain electrolytes rather than just upping protein and fat intake like most people who have none of the issues he does. Now he eats even more sugar than that and has integrated loads of fruits and the glycating effects and general damage exogenous sugar does to the human body is showing in his face with all the wrinkles he didn't have 1-2 years ago and the hair whitening he likes to conceal by dyeing his hair.

@Tambien is correct when referring to Paul; he looks like shit. He's a fool who tries to pretend the Paleolithic Humans were eating copious amounts of fruit and honey which were seasonal as f*ck and available for a limited time per year whereas a lot of the fruits weren't as sweet or fleshy as now. And sure enough, like I showed above, the stable isotopic data doesn't agree with him. In fact, even the Hadza will openly tell people that they used to live on better quality land before they got moved by encroaching farmers, pastoralists and the government and on this better land they apparently ate more meat and less of all the other stuff like tubers, fruits and honey:

But Paul likes to clown around by honing in on this single HG group in a now more destitute situation that's forced them to eat more of things like tubers than a few generations ago and pretend they're representative of most ancient Humans when the isotopic data and simple common sense proves he's wrong on this count. Heck, the Hadza even have issues like tooth decay nowadays.

If you don't believe me about how eating so much sugar has aged him then look no further than this older video where he just around then starts integrating things like honey:

Look at how much he's aged in the face. That ain't just "sun damage", believe me. Anyway, I'm nothing like this guy, niyahow. Know what I'm actually about if you wanna come at me with some trolling. I've made myself clear enough before.

Do you think he really believes in this diet or it's only a money grab ??

I think he's for real about what he's eating and believes in it but he is also a clout chaser in my opinion. He wants to be popular and make money off his dessicated organ supplements and whatever else he markets to his audience (think he even sells honey now?). But I don't fault people this much. We all have to eat and pay bills. I care more about the veracity and science behind what they claim.
