I think it is used sarcastically (sarbeeb/hidden meaning) to mean "keep telling your lies."

Might have been a dig at the Kacaan Afweyne regime just like AUN Saado Cali Warsame's "Landcruiser".

People couldn't talk freely, artists were jailed, so they invented alternative ways.
