If recognition looked likely, I would be for war today. Recognition looks unlikely so I am willing to wait until Harti have a sizable demographic advantage before going to war. status quo where our population grows and Isaaq remain without recognition is fine.
There is no need to be in a hurry for us. You, on the other hand, have to hurry because any shot at recognition would require a referendum and Harti population growth decreases the likelihood of that referendum wining by the margins necessary.

The UNFPA did the same survey for Puntland. They excluded data from areas of Sool&Sanaag not claimed by Puntland. The result is that the TFR of Sool&Sanaag is higher when Isaaq areas are excluded.
