I always keep secrets and things people confide in me to myself.
People who tell others secrets are not honest friends.
I'm similar. If someone tells you something in secret they are making an unwritten contract with you not to betray their confidences. A breach of trust is more difficult to repair than just keeping quiet so I don't see the reason to spill when you risk losing someone's respect for you and could destabilize the relationship for good.

I think it is a (psychological) part of human nature , some people keep secrets while others cant . it is not because they are bad , that is their nature .I saw good people that cant keep secrets , there is no 100% complete person , everyone has weaknesses .(I am not justifying that telling secrets as OK ) but just telling that some people have that weakness .
