Look how salty some of these men are, how can clan elders come and sit down as a collective and speak about affairs that have nothing to do with them? These odays turn more unruly and intolerant as the years go by.. kulaha the mehr shouldn’t pass “Hal neef oo geel ama hal neef oo lo ah” . Mehr is up to the women, yet these odays still want to meddle in these affairs. To me this is all a symptom of being jobless, being a oday dhaqameed is not a real job, I’m sure there’s streets to sweep and buildings to fix that would be better suited for them and their skills.

That place is dirtpoor .. instead of them coming together and figuring out how to deal with the widespread poverty and corruption.. this is what they do. These oday dhaqameed need to figure out how to create a life for those young men so they can pay a decent meher and financially care for their wives and families.
