I'm amazed at how you equate a book concerning fiqh, which is the islamic jurisprudence and not theology, to infiltration by "Wahhaabis" whatever that is. Moreover, no fiqh books is needed to be made since that has sufficiently been done by the scholars preceding our time, or do you mean fiqh books that are written in somali? You can clearly see the Saudi logo on the book
Why don't Somalis make their own fiqh books based on the Shafii madhab. We have our own scholars.

If you've been to Somalia you would be aware of the fact that even the scholars you'd call "Wahhabis" teach the classic Shafi Madhab with regards to jurisprudence. And yes, precedence should be given to the madhab people are accustomed to if it is indeed true that non-shafici fiqh is being taught.
